Moon River Panorama

This gorgeous piece of our earth is near the city of Savannah, Georgia. The coastal lands near Georgia’s first city is amongst our most beautiful. In 1961, Savannah’s own son, Johnny Mercer, penned the lyrics to the memorable Moon River, which appeared in the film Breakfast at Tiffany’s. To honor, Johnny, this inlet was renamed Moon River in later years. It’s a fittingly beautiful place to honor anyone.
