Punting on the Cam
Taken while punting on the River Cam which is a tributary of the River Great Ouse in the east of England. The Cam used to be called the Granta, but after the Anglo Saxon town of Grantebrycge became Cambridge, the name was changed. It’s said the river is still the Granta north of Cambridge’s Silver Street bridge.
I’m not sure what the building is on the bank but highly likely one of the colleges of Cambridge – would love if someone can identify for me!
